Job Description :
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the administrative functions in the office to include: Answering telephones and routing calls to the appropriate staff members, opening incoming mail and routing it to the relevant individuals, scheduling appointments, organizing, filing, and maintaining both paper and electronic files. Provide callers with pertinent information and compile and maintain various reports and records for the FEA and RTS supervisors. Arrange travel schedules and reservations as well as help maintain the calendar(s) and coordinate meetings for the FEA and RTS teams. Assist the FEA and RTS Supervisors with hiring packages for new staff members, including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews and work samples, collecting documents from the applicants, compiling documents and information for the hiring package, and sending scanned documents to the Division HR Liaison.
