Enhance client property value and user satisfaction by effectively managing the Union engineering teams performance, as well as all levels of operational asset management, employee development and employee compliance with processes and procedures (both operationally and administratively). The Chief Engineer has proficient knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, building infrastructure operations, maintenance practices, and a detailed level of financial understanding. Management and Operations. Manage all operational aspects of the Local 68 Union Engineering & Maintenance to the regional and property level in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the value of owner assets through efficient operation and maintenance processes.
