Drive the strategic design and development of Advisor incentive plans and Advisor compensation programs in partnership with Business Leaders and key partners from Legal, Compliance, HR. Manage the design, development, and implementation of new Advisor programs. Partner with business partners to define processes, create policy documentation and guidelines, and provide support to field leadership. Illustrative projects: New Hire Programs to drive client service and productivity through Advisor development, performance management, and incentive programs Advisor Teaming Programs to improve all forms of Advisor partnerships, with a focus on near/long-term solutions to technology, process, compensation, and practice management. Advisor Retirement Programs to assist Advisors to start, develop, and end their careers at JPM, to improve the preparation and transition process for clients and Advisors.
