Strategic role that supports all Marvin customers - architects, builders, contractors, dealers, homeowners, related to their needs. These needs include product inquiries, technical questions, warranty questions (including post warranty solutions). maximize the value of the relationship with Marvin Customer Services. The role serves as part of a regional team to support the assigned sales division and is the primary interface for customer needs. Internally at Marvin, the role partners within a team including technical support representatives, architectural project coordinators and logistics experience team members to attempt to resolve calls on the first point of contact. Highlights of your role Attend to all customer inputs in the Marvin Customer Services value chain. Leverages additional team members and other Marvin published resources to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
