Lead large, complex, cross functional projects with accountability for people and tasks. Demonstrates ability to develop project/program structure, detailed project management plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Works autonomously leading complex projects with technical components while ensuring process standardization and scalability. Excels at leading a resolution of cross-functional issues/risks (escalating if needed) and provides weekly and Just in Time status reporting to senior leadership using a customer focused dashboard. Utilizes Legacy operating system best practices to drive continuous improvement by empowering frontline healthcare staff to identify and address root causes of challenges, fostering a culture of curiosity through active listening and asking insightful questions to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
