Comply with aseptic gowning and hygiene requirements. Review filling and packaging instructions at beginning of line runs. Ensure the correct packaging materials are available. Ensure the correct Personal Protective Equipment is available and other safety procedures are understood and followed. Perform material handling and transfer disinfection and complete required inventory transactions. Ensure the line is set up correctly per the filling and packaging instructions. Operate filling and packaging equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including performance of all line operations to ensure customer quality, operational safety and productivity requirements are met. Complete changeover and line clearance according to SOP and batch record requirements. Collect samples and complete visual inspections as required.
