Under general direction, the Janitorial Floor Tech will be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of all carpeted and hard surface floors throughout the facility. This role requires expertise in using specialized floor care equipment, applying industry best practices, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner in order to reflect the highest integrity of the Environmental Services Department. Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring Complete work assignments in a timely manner. Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure. Use and maintain equipment properly.
