Claim Consultant - Commercial/Complex (Hybrid or Remote)

The Claim Consultant Commercial/ Complex will require working with a high level of independence handling high exposure claims and litigation potentially in multiple lines of coverage (e.g. Personal/ Commercial, Homeowner liability, Environmental, Life and OTA losses to include GL). Responsibilities: Responsible for all components of the adjustment process including multi-jurisdictional coverage analysis, liability and damage investigation, claim evaluation, negotiation and litigation/arbitration management with a demonstrated ability to properly manage expenses. Participate in the training of other claims personnel. Knowledge/ Skills: Frequent oral and written communication with customers is required and should be timely and professional.
