Principal Accountabilities / Essential Job Functions: - Troubleshoots questions and issues as they arise related to the HRIS system including but not limited to HR, Time, and Payroll. - Routinely audits employee data to ensure accurate setup and compliance with HR system requirements. - Creates and/or generates reports. - Assists in reviewing HR system documentation to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up to date. - Collaborates with the HRIS team to manage system release notifications, complete system testing, and review configuration updates. - Supports the HRIS team with system upgrades, enhancements, and new HR system implementations. Qualifications - Education: Working towards an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or General Studies is required; . preferably, in the last year of study. - Experience: Enrolled in an accredited Associates or Bachelors Degree Program.
