CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Clinic Receptionit to join the team! The Clinic Rceptionist is under the direction of the clinic supervisor/director. The Clinic Receptionist performs a variety of business office and reception duties accurately and with minimal supervision. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering and routing phone calls in accordance with practice policies; scheduling patient appointments; greeting and registering patients; collecting, verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information; gathering and coding charge information. Observes strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callersand with face to face patient interactions.
