JOB SUMMARY - The Maintenance Dispatcher acts as a central communication hub for receiving and managing routine and emergency maintenance requests. This position coordinates service requests, schedules maintenance technicians, and helps ensure timely responses to maintenance requests. This position is also responsible for coordinating various administrative processes and helping to maintain the efficient operation of the Facility Services team.
