The role will involve formulation of the strategic direction of the product, as well as implementation and execution of new business development initiatives and sales plans to drive growth in the product. The role also requires. an in depth understanding of the industry, the structure of the product, and direct competitors products and services. The Escrow Product head will have significant management responsibilities, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. Applying and enforcing the companys policies. Guide, lead and coach the Escrow Origination team. Deal with complex legal, transactional and accounting problems that arise. Resolve operational issues within the team. Identify, lead and implement internal projects to enhance operating efficiency.
