$55,000/year Salary! Bachelor's Degree in Social Services Required. 25 Paid days off 1st year! Full Benefit Package! The Case Manager will promote effective strategies and interventions to expand the use of mental health and substance use diversion treatment services as an alternative to incarceration. The Case Manager is responsible for establishing cooperation and communication among the participants, attorneys, treatment providers, other agencies and professionals involved in each case. The Case Manager will assist diversion prosecutors in developing solutions, including housing and nursing home placement options for individuals who do not qualify for court-ordered outpatient. The Case Manager will provide case management for these individuals, ensuring they arrive at appointments with medical and treatment providers, and have the resources they need to avoid justice involvement or victimization.
