The Mount Mercy University College of Nursing & Health Sciences located in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a dynamic Simulation Director to lead the operations of our Clinical Simulation Lab (CSL). This position is responsible for the overall administration, teaching, and strategic growth of the CSL, ensuring students and faculty benefit from an innovative, high-quality simulation learning environment.\n. Key Responsibilities:\n\n. Oversee all CSL activities, including simulation and skills-based learning experiences.\n. Supervise Simulation Lab staff, work-study students, and assist in recruitment, hiring, and training.\n. Collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation into curriculum and orient new faculty to CSL resources.\n.
