The Behavior Health Technician (BHT - formerly TSS) works with the collaboration of a treatment team which may include a Mobile Therapist, Behavior Consultant, teachers, vocational training counselors, medical providers and especially family members. Parent education and support is essential. Services are available in Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver counties. Both BHT and BHT-ABA positions are available. Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provide behavioral health treatment to children up to age 21 who have a current mental health diagnosis and require behavioral support. The services use professional staff and natural supports to create a network of support around an identified child and their family. Services can be rendered in a childs home, community or school location dependent upon the child and familys needs.
