NOW HIRING: Medicaid Care Management Associate - 2 Openings! - Remote (Ohio Residents Only) - Pay Rate: $27.79/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays) A-Line Staffing is hiring a Medicaid Care Management Associate (CMA) to help manage behavioral health services for children and young adults on Medicaid across the state of Ohio. As a CMA, you'll be the front desk of our plan, supporting members, families, and providers. Job Duties Include: Answering phone calls and responding to questions from members, guardians, and care teams. Taking referrals, checking Medicaid eligibility, and processing paperwork. Completing health risk assessments for assigned members. Supporting care coordination staff with administrative tasks. Working in data systems, electronic medical records, and Excel.
