This position will drive alignment, standardization, best practices, and metrics across AD - Tech's three business unit manufacturing teams to optimize scheduling, capacity, material flow, on-time delivery, and financial accountability. Serve as the AD - Tech single point coordinating authority across Oceaneering segments and Supply Chain Management. Duties And Responsibilities - Partner with customers to understand requirements and manufacturing certifications/processes. - Anticipate and track upcoming work across AD - Tech and build capacity to pace it. - Partner with planning/scheduling to develop an integrated production schedule for AD - Tech locations. - Identify opportunities to drive synergies across AD - Tech manufacturing while still maintaining flexibility and autonomy for programs where applicable. - Lead modernization efforts to maximize and optimize manufacturing capability and loading across the three businesses. - Partner with HR/ TA/ Training to staff manufacturing to ...Operations, Manufacturing, Director, Operation, Supply Chain, Leadership, Technology
