($110,000 $145,000) We are looking for an Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager to be based in the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area. (Remote-work position with occasional travel for face-to-face meetings). The Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager is responsible for consolidating the financial results of the entities under TL Vista Merger Parent Corporation, preparing accurate financial reports/filings in compliance with the companys accounting policies, accounting standards (US GAAP), and regulatory requirements. This position works closely with finance and accounting leadership across the organization, third-party tax advisors, third-party registered agents, and the companys audit firm, to ensure financial statements/filings are timely, complete, and accurate.
