Monitor and analyze market risk exposures across energy trading portfolios. Develop and maintain risk reporting tools for the monitoring and reporting of exposure, Va. R, and earnings. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly risk reporting to senior management and trading desks. Collaborate with front office, middle office, and compliance teams to ensure risk policies are adhered to. Evaluate new trading strategies and products for risk implications. Support the development and enhancement of risk systems and tools. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Support modeling of proposed trading scenarios and structured products. Participate in business improvement projects that might include supporting or leading cross-functional teams that implement systems enhancements and/or new business processes.
