About the Role: The Human Resources Coordinator position within Bel Oak Communities/Bel Oak of Mark Twain plays a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies that align with the organization's mission to provide exceptional care and support. The HR Coordinator will also develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth. By effectively managing performance evaluations and feedback processes, the HR team will contribute to a motivated and high-performing workforce. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to create an environment where employees feel valued and empowered to deliver the best possible service to clients and patients. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the health care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & regulations and full-cycle recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and performance management.
Responsibilities:
