Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join their team in Green Bay, WI. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Provide frontline technical support to resolve Help Desk issues.
• Manage and complete various Desktop Support requests and projects.
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment.
• Promote proper cybersecurity behaviors and remediate vulnerabilities.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in computer systems or a similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a PC/network support position preferred.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Able to effectively communicate at all organizational levels.
• Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle for travel and transport of equipment.
