Insight Global is assisting a leading golf course construction company that does renovations and builds new courses. This family-owned company is looking for dedicated Laborers to join their expanding team in the southwest. This role involves hands-on physical work in creating the course. Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and storing materials properly.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in landscaping, civil construction, or outdoor laborAbility to work outside in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.Willingness to learn and take direction.
