Join our team as a Team Leader, where you can make a difference while earning up to $15 per hour! This opportunity is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which means you'll be working for an independent business owner who sets their own wages and benefits. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Leader by ensuring smooth operations during shifts, meeting all Taco Bell standards, and taking ownership in solving problems. Your leadership will be pivotal in guiding team members to complete their tasks effectively while serving our customers with exceptional quality and a 'Here to Serve' attitude. You'll help create an engaging environment that attracts both customers and team members alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and work to win them back.
• Offer positive and constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain open and honest communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team.
• Adhere to all safety, security, cash management, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
