Overview As a Shift Leader, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our team and ensuring a positive customer experience when store management is not present. This position empowers you to take charge during your assigned shifts, leading by example.

Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing all duties associated with a Customer Experience Advocate.
• Executing opening and closing procedures in the absence of store management.
• Supervising the crew by assigning tasks, directing activities, and ensuring follow-through.
• Acting on behalf of management to resolve customer service issues efficiently.
• Completing all required training programs to maintain compliance.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications To excel in this position, you should have:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree or higher.

Experience Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in a related supervisory role.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $17.36. The final offer will be based on relevant skills, experience, and educational background.
