Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a dynamic Executive Change Leader to join one of our Staffing/Workforce Solutions clients and sit fully remote. This person will drive strategic transformation across multiple programmatic portfolio initiatives. This person will need to be a leader who can align cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of change efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, communication, and delivery of enterprise-wide programs that support innovation and operational excellence. They will collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle and be proud/accountable for the results. Strong experience in change management, portfolio governance, and remote team leadership is essential.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of experience in a change leadership capacity
Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead organizational change using structured frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotters 8 Steps)
Clear and effective communicator, especially when coordinating across departments virtually
Skilled in overseeing organization wide initiatives/programs and designing/improving systems to deliver sweeping change results and use analytics to measure change impact, adoption, and ROI
Ability to identify risks and provide high level solutions to c-suites and field operators of how to resolve them efficiently Specific industry experience; within human resources and employment services industry, staffing and recruitment agencies (Adecco, Randstad, etc.) null
