Lead and mentor auditors and consultants in executing strategic, financial, operational, compliance (KSOX), and IT audits. Shape audit scopes, objectives, and work plansensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with department standards. Oversee an enterprise-wide risk assessment process to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats and opportunities. Integrate risk insights into an enterprise view, presenting findings and recommendations to executives and leadership Collaborate across functions to address financial, fraud, compliance, and operational risk proactively. Drive implementation follow-up and coordinate with external auditors for a streamlined assurance approach. Stay ahead of industry best practices and champion continuous improvement in audit and risk management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Audit, Risk, Accounting, or related field. 4 years in audit, risk management, or related leadership roles.
