As a Transformation/ Transition Manager at JLL, you will serve as a strategic and tactical leader responsible for overseeing the successful planning and execution of occupancy transitions, relocation project management, and minor construction projects. This role blends the competencies of a Change Manager, Project Manager, and Occupancy Planner to ensure seamless workplace transformations. You'll facilitate cross-functional alignment among real estate, facilities, construction, and business stakeholders while minimizing disruption and maximizing operational readiness throughout the lifecycle of workplace transformation projects. What your day-to-day will look like:Lead end-to-end transition planning including change readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
