Partner with Vice President of Population Health and the Director of Quality and other UHC Community Plan of North Carolina health plan leaders to ensure complete implementation of the annual Health Plan Quality Management and Population Health Program, inclusive of adequate quality oversight processes and comprehensive quality committee structure Foster and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with the state of North Carolina Department of Health Benefit (DHB) quality and population health personnel Develop quality operational policies and procedures (P&Ps) as needed to ensure uniformity/consistency of operations Design and development of clinical quality performance improvement programs and activities to improve Health Plan performance while assessing trends in outcomes of evidence-based interventions over time for evaluation and continuous quality improvement (CQI) purposes Ensure performance improvement strategies utilize evidence-based, data driven and targeted fram...Director, Clinical, Quality, Program, Associate, Clinic, Technology, Healthcare
