As a Medical Office Receptionist, with our Centralized Staffing Pool, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents within our Wellness Centers located in Richmond, VA. The scheduled hours are PRN as needed, Monday-Friday, day shift. No nights or weekends. Previous medical front desk experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills 2 days per week of availability What Youll Do. Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts, including generating chart numbers, filing, and pulling charts. Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel, or initiates a triage slip for response by medical personnel.
