: Job Details :

Develop innovative designs to meet all manufacturing requirements for assembly, test, and manufacturability. Preparation and presentation of tooling and fixturing design reports and part/assembly drawing reviews. Participate and lead prototype build activities to ensure compliance with design intent. Develop product and component tooling and fixturing and purchase specifications. Develop tooling/fixturing/processes using appropriate D - Fx, Six Sigma, and Lean tools. Design leadership of productivity projects (both product cost and life cycle quality or reliability improvements)Provide creative solutions to unstructured product and system manufacturing challenges from the factory. Required Qualifications. BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 5 years of engineering design or Manufacturing Engineering and Process Development experience. Desired Characteristics.
