TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is looking for an energetic Operations Manager to provide leadership to the operations team and moving crews, and assist in the daily operational aspects of the business. In this role you will work with customers, vendors, and all staff members to meet established business goals and standards. This is accomplished primarily through: training and motivating franchise employees; controlling costs; managing daily franchise operations; and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
