This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a few years under their belt and is looking for more global exposure and growth in the HRBP world.The Global Human Resource Business Partner will be supporting global efforts for our International Engineering and Construction Business Lines.The successful candidate will:• Perform routine to moderately complex administrative and analytical tasks under the general direction of a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner.• Provide advice on routine HR matters to managers and employees.• Administer and coordinate human resources programs, policies and procedures in accordance with the firm's objectives and strategic plans.• Support programs that may be related to employment, orientation, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, workforce planning, HRIS, and/or relocation.• Provide proactive and continuous evaluation of issues and trends that may suggest existing or emerging HR needs.• Respond to employees' inquiries and information requests and advises managers on human resources policies and procedures.• Collaborate with HR team members on various programs and procedures to achieve continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed.• Compile data for various other reports to support business needs and strategy.• Participate as requested in human resources projects or program development activities.• Performs other duties as required.**Job Title:**Intermediate Global HR Business Partner (Remote Options)**Group:**COR**Employment Type:**Regular**Minimum Qualifications:**• Bachelor's degree.• 3 years of related experience.Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
