You will part of a team of subject matter experts and be responsible for supporting & coordinating global online programs within the team supporting primarily Geo Digital COE Teams, Regional Field Marketing, Global Demand Team and the Global Growth Marketing team.This role will be focused on strong support for the co-ordination, planning, set-up and activation of global online events programs and identifying optimization areas within the overall process.**The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**With a strong background in project management, including operational requirements for marketing program set-up for success across the funnel.The role encompasses the following:• Tracking content delivery from speakers & gathering outstanding content (titles, abstracts, PPTs, demos) in a timely manner• Work with our content writer to have the reg page and invite content created, once final abstracts are available• Support each geo team through sharing PPTs, demos, reg page & invite content etc. so they can execute locally in different languages• Join each geo calls to start planning for the quarter ahead, from a content and strategy perspective• Help with the production within platform as needed**What is the leadership like for this role?
