This is accomplished by reviewing requisitions, managing inventory levels, conducting research, and negotiating with vendors to obtain product or service information such as; price, availability, and delivery schedule. This professional examines items to ensure they meet the needs of our customers and aggressively seeks to improve existing vendor programs. Attention to detail and a focus on expediting delivery of goods to yards and customers is essential.Millwork Purchasing Agent QualificationsMust have industry experience, be organized, good math, communication and computer skills, and knowledge of excel.
