**CBRE Design Collective** is seeking a **Project Architect III** with experience in the following markets:
+ **Corporate**
+ **Aviation (preferred)**
+ **Retail (desired)**
+ **Hospitality (desired)**
This position can be located in any one of our studios - **Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, New York,** or **San Francisco.**
**We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:**
+ Proven capability beingresponsible for the technical development of projects and serving as the Lead Architect on large scale, complex projects.
+ Strong design detailing, documentation and organizational skills with capability in all phases of Architectural design, documentation and the delivery of construction phase service.
+ Ability to prepare 2D and 3D design materials.
+ Ability to develop solutions to technical and design problems.
+ Experience leading contract document development drawings and specifications for multiple project scales.
+ Ability to direct the work of internal design staff.
+ Experience reviewing contract documents and coordinating with other disciplines and consultants.
+ Experience working with Project Managers to develop cost budgets.
+ Able to confidently work with the Client to achieve design goals.
+ Experience maintaining productive communication and positive relationships with Clients, consultants and team members.
+ No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position, however you will provide informal assistance, mentoring, and training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks to co-workers.
**TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) in Architecture from a four-year college or university with an accredited architectural curriculum (National Architectural Accrediting Board or Canadian Architectural Certification Board).
+ NCARB certification / Architectural license required.
+ 15+ years experience required.
+ Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Experience with AutoCAD and construction management tools such as Procore.
**COMMUNICATION AND REASONING SKILLS**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
+ Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients.
+ Ability to effectively present information.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
+ Ability to work independently to solve problems involving multiple options.
