Call Center Representative- FULLY REMOTE

*TEKsystems* is hiring *Call Center Representatives* to assist a healthcare client during their open enrollment period.

*These positions are full-time and 100% remote.*

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Must have a private & quiet work area
• Strong problem-solving skills with effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
• Excellent customer service skills including accountability and follow-up

Job Description

• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers (70-80 calls per day)
• Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to all calls
• Handle call avoidance issues appropriately
• Input data accurately and timely on customer contacts
• Access multiple databases simultaneously to address customer needs
• Explain policies and procedures clearly during calls

Hours

40-hour work week, 8-hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Training over the first four weeks, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Pay

$18.00 - $18.50/hour based on experience.
