Philanthropic Client ManagerEast Hartford, Connecticut;Providence, Rhode Island; Boston, Massachusetts**Job Description:**The Philanthropic Client manager will be the primary point of contact for clients owning quality of client service support, working closely with and providing leadership to supporting client service team, and will be responsible for the following:+ Professional delivery of client service and management of philanthropic accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures and managing fiduciary risk+ Conduct discovery to understand clients' and partner needs to deliver appropriate solutions and advice to meet clients' needs+ Successfully work with COIs and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partner+ Drive relationship expansion opportunities for existing clients with Philanthropic Sales and HNW sales+ Provide relationship management expertise and support Philanthropic sales and HNW sales in driving sales for new opportunities+ Collaborate with teammates to deliver our full array of integrated solutions to clients+ Promote the full breadth of our philanthropic services and solutions internally and externally to grow business, actively participating in the sales process as appropriate+ Escalate remediation issues to Philanthropic Fiduciary Manager (PFM) and participate in remediation activities as required**Requirements:**Minimum of 7 years directly related experience.Significant knowledge of the nonprofit sector and the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of philanthropic administrationWork effectively in a team environment.
