Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Travel Echo Tech – Days Location: North Dakota (Must reside within 80 miles of facility) Schedule: Day Shift Start Date: ASAP- 2 WEEKS FROM OFFER Pay Rate: $55/hr (Taxed) | $31/hr (Non-Taxed Stipends) | $86/hr Blended Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Echo Tech for a day shift travel assignment in a fast-paced, high-volume Echo Department in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and capable of performing a wide variety of echocardiographic procedures. This is a travel position — candidates must reside at least 80 miles from the facility. Requirements: Certification: ARDMS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) License: Active North Dakota State License Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Echo Tech experience Must be located at least 80 miles from the facility General Duties: Perform adult echocardiograms (majority of workload) Utilize Definity contrast and Agitated Saline Pediatric echo experience is a plus but not required Conduct inpatient and outpatient studies Perform TEEs, Exercise Stress, and Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms (if experienced and as time permits) Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
