Position SummaryThe Outpatient Therapist will work with adults in the evening mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to help them overcome psychological/emotional issues that affect their daily functioning. The IOP Therapist will demonstrate the ability to perform group and individual therapy, formulate biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans, as well as assist with discharge planning and community referrals. This role will work closely with the treatment team and the Director of Outpatient Services to provide effective, top-quality care for our patients to ensure patient's treatment goals are met. QualificationsMaster of Social Work degree from a school of Social Work or Master of Arts in Counseling degree required.
Current License in the State of Michigan as a Fully Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) or LPC required.
Employee must be in good standing (employment/corrective action history, performance evaluation, etc.) to be considered for an internal transfer.
