Fenton Mobility bring state-of-the-art equipment to the van and bus market, providing the safest and most innovative transportation and accessibility solutions for individuals, agencies, and public transportation systems. We design, prototype, and manufacture all of our products in our advanced 90,000 square-foot facility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install basic operations such as interior removal, floor installs, running board installs, and shoulder bracket installation.
- Work with power tools and measuring equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production timelines.

- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn vehicle components and upfit processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
