Mentor Recruiter$59,384 per year plus overtime
Working independently, builds and enhances an active network of qualified Mentors (adult foster families) through strategic recruitment and selection initiatives, and following Network/licensing guidelines. Develops and implements recruiting tracking tools and strategies. Measures success of campaign effectiveness, creating and designing new campaigns as needed to continuously attract new Mentors. Conducts home study evaluations, including psychosocial assessments. Primary focus of job is recruitment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human services, marketing, or business preferred, and three years related experience. Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and comprehension of sales and marketing.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services or driving for company purposes. Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state. Travel required as needed
