Job Title: Registered Nurse – Adult Care (Home Care)Location: New York, NY 10004Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 8-hour shifts | No overnight coverage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience (within the last year)
  • In a large acute care hospital or post-acute care facility
• Strong clinical skills, including:
  • Physical assessment
  • Medication administration
  • Wound care and infection control
  • IV therapy and post-operative care
  • Telemetry monitoring
  • Patient education

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience using EPIC EMR

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Required Education:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Completion of Self-Assessment Skills Checklist and Specialty Exam (Med/Surg)
• Required Licensure & Certifications:
  • Active New York State RN License (with primary source verification)
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • AHA ACLS (only for Queens-based assignments, not required for Bronx)
