Please confirm this at submittal.RequirementsNo new travelers — at least one completed travel assignment required.Oregon Emergency License accepted (must have clean background for fast approval).Must have strong skills with mental health, ETOH, overdoses.Housing: May be challenging to find — please research prior to submission (ask ASC for leads).Unit DetailsFast Track: YesTriage: Separate triage area with 2 rooms (travelers may be required to triage).Holding/Observation: 2 dedicated psych hold rooms, plus an overflow psych area separate from main ED.Psych/Seclusion Rooms: 2 dedicated psych hold rooms.Security: In-house security team.Common DiagnosesChest Pain (CP)COPDDKATraumaStrokeMental health, substance use, overdosesStaffing & SupportProviders: ED Physicians and Mid-Levels on-site.Leadership: Dedicated Charge Nurse + House Supervisor.Support Staff: ED Techs, Sitters.Respiratory Therapy: Manages vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow, ABGs, breathing treatments, and EGS.Monitoring: All rooms equipped with Spacelabs monitors. 24/7 monitor techs present.
