We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette while engaging with clients. Process orders and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism. Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.
Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred. Must be available to work from 7:30am to 4pm Monday-Friday. Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry are essential for maintaining accurate records. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support is crucial.
