Controls Field Engineer - HVAC

Job requires fieldwork with controllers and associated components. Highly qualified controls technicians preferred. Working knowledge with BAS systems, Carrier i-Vu knowledge is a plus. Complete each assigned project focusing on customer satisfaction and specification compliance while maintaining budgetary guidelines. Partner with sales function to set parameters for equipment needs and project timeline. Create submittals, read and understand project specifications and MEP drawing sets, controls and shop drawings. Document and track project completion with as-builts and final program notation with all field changes. Assemble Operation & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects. Utilize company and as required customer standard programs for designing graphic function blocks for assigned projects. Test project programs to ensure specified sequences of operation are met and performed accordingly to industry standards.
