Administrative Support Specialist The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing front desk reception, administrative, and facilities support in a legal office environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls. Greet clients and visitors professionally. Act as a witness during document signings, as needed. Prepare outgoing mail, including labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail. Deliver documents to the courthouse and post office, as needed. Assist with document scanning and recordkeeping (both electronic and paper files). Provide support for file and records management, as needed. Offer administrative support, including preparation of client correspondence and documents. Manage logistics for meetings and office functions (e.g., food orders, setup, and cleanup). Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; responsible for stocking and placing supply orders.
