Safely recognize and quickly respond to crisis situations; deescalating and utilizing the least restrictive approach (may include approved physical intervention techniques, as a last resort). Competently follow the Harbor Light Safety and Security Management Plan. Respond to safety concerns in a timely manner, contacting emergency personal/management as needed. Escort staff, visitors, and clients, as needed. Additional Responsibilities Maintain accurate, professional, timely, and non-judgmental verbal and written communication. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner, including logs, incident reports, and statistics.
