The Troy Family YMCA is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Teen & Family Program team. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Program Director develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA programs for the youth, sports, and family programming. REQUIREMENTS: BA/ BS in Physical Ed., Recreation, Sports Mgt., or a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Two (2) years experience working with youth, teens and adults in a leadership capacity. Two (2) years experience managing and supervising staff.
