To wash and clean all cookware from kitchen production on areas in accordance to Omni standards. Responsibilities Cleans pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and all other cookware utensils. Keeps cookware washing area clean and neat. Stores cleaned items in the proper location. Keeps kitchen floor area clean and free of debris. Does general kitchen cleaning as directed. Clean coffee/beverage areas in kitchens. Ability to stand for extended periods of time while performing job functions. Ability to push/pull up to a hundred and fifty pounds. Ability to lift up to forty pounds. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications The associate is frequently required to reach or bend. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Work hours will be required to fluctuate due to business levels and associates may be required to work any given day or shift, including weekends and holidays.
