1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities. 2. Complete an annual budget for assigned area of responsibility to maximum impact while balancing fiscal responsibility. 3. Implement and maintain an effective succession plan for assigned area of responsibility. 4. Direct the development of Sheetz marketing strategies and the deployment of effective messaging across all mediums to support the growth of the Sheetz brand and all relevant sub-brands. 5. Direct the strategy process and execution for promotional planning and brand building through paid media, public relations, external events, sponsorships and donations all designed to build public perception, create customer traffic and drive sales. 6. Direct strategy development for Sheetz brand design in order to enhance marketing effectiveness, achieve market share of voice and increase cultural relevancy of the Sheetz brand. 7.
